This is our story… after providing exceptional service in our properties, and developing a network of customer relationships for the last fifteen years, we realized (yes, better late than never) that we were missing out on a lot business because our buildings were very central, but not always where the client wanted.

We were only making 8% of the business that came to us profitable, having enormous growth potential if we did things differently. In order to follow our clients, and satisfy their needs, we decided to separate the business to focus on the long-stay business, giving more value to our clients, looking for some establishments in other demanded neighborhoods and providing the same service.
