Founded in 2003: Before the Digital Age

SPLENDOM Suites was born in Barcelona in 2003. To put that in perspective: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and WhatsApp didn’t exist yet. The concept of "corporate apartments" or "tourist rentals" wasn't even on the radar of the global travel industry.

We were pioneers. In those early days, Global Distribution Systems (GDS) didn't even have a category for "quadruple rooms" because the industry simply hadn't seen them before. We didn't just join the market; we helped create it.
