The Studios’ living area features a double bed (200×160 cm) with two bedside tables, a large wardrobe and a seating area. A separate bathroom with a ground level shower as also a open integrated eat-in kitchen completes the apartment. Parking spaces are available on the property’s property or in the nearby underground car park, which can be rented (price on request).

The 2-bedroom family apartments are a first-class apartment with high-quality furnishings that are suitable for a family of up to six people. The apartment house is situated in the famous Seefeld district and is only five minutes by foot away from the lake « Zürichsee » and approximately 10 minutes by public transport from the city centre.
