Reservation Conditions

1.- When the reservation is made, Splendon Suites.com will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. You will simply pay for your stay at the hotel.
2.- In case of Cancellation, If it is done before the day previous to arrival, there is no charge.
3.- If the Cancellation is done within the 24 hours prior to arrival or there is no-show, we will charge the amount of 1 night.
4.- All rates VAT included
